What are you opening hours?
Weekdays 6am-9pm, weekends 7am-8pm
Do you have a pool?
Our pool is currently under construction. While under construction, Aspen Club members have complimentary access to the aspen rec center pool. At completion of construction we will have an Olympic size outdoor heated salt-water pool.

What classes do you offer?
We offer over 65 different classes a week, for all ability levels. Learn more about our specific classes HERE
Do I need to sign up for group fitness classes?
Yes you may sign up for most classes 48 hours in advance. Our group fitness classes are listed HERE
How do I sign up for classes?
Sign up online. Go to the Group Fitness Schedule and sign up for the class you want to attend.
Can my child take classes with me?
Kids can attend class with their parents at age 13+ yrs old. They can come to classes on their own at age 16 yrs old.
How old does my child need to be to use the weight room on his own?
Kids can workout in the weight room at age 16yrs old or above, but can work out with one of our fabulous trainers at any age.
Are there any prerequisites to participate in the group fitness classes?
If you would like to attend our Hi2t classes, you must attend a 90 minute Hi2t foundation class ( Wed. at 4pm). This is a one time thing and then you can attend any Hi2t classes. This is not required to attend any other classes.
Do you need to be a member to do Physical Therapy or see a Chiropractor?

Do I need a referral?
It depends on your insurance but most of the time no.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the treatment you receive but allowed amounts typically range from $70 to $150.
Your insurance coverage is specific to your plan but hopefully covers most or all of your treatment (subject to deductible). Also, learn more about our self pay options HERE
How long does an appointment last?
90 minutes at the most, unless you really enjoy hanging out with us!
Spa & Salon
Do you have to be a member to use the Spa or Salon?
No, the Spa and Salon are open to the public. Aspen Club members do receive %25 off Spa services, and %10 off Salon services.
What should I wear for my massage?
Whatever you are comfortable with, we provide a robe for you and your therapist will ensure that you are covered with a sheet the entire massage.
What type of massage do you offer?
We offer either a 50 or 80 minute custom massage which means that your therapist will cater to whatever you prefer, whether that be deep tissue, more gentle pressure, etc.
What age do you need to be to get a massage?
You must be 16 years of age to have a massage in your own room, if you are 10-15 years of age you must get your massage in the couples room with an guardian present. (10 years old is the minimum)
If I wanted a complete spa experience, how should I schedule my day?
When you schedule a spa service you are a guest of the Aspen Club for the day, which means you have full access to the facility. You may come in and work out before your service or enjoy some time in the steam room, sauna, or jacuzzi. You could then enjoy a body scrub, followed by a massage, and then a facial. You could then receive a haircut/blow dry and a manicure/pedicure.
Can I receive a massage if I am pregnant?
Yes, but not until after your first trimester.
